getting into the spirit

Last night was date night for the Griffins...so fun...we went out to Forage...a local eating and watering hole in the valley and cleaned our plates....little whitty was with our daycare...they try to do a date night once or twice a month...*thank goodness

Today...we got into the spirit...we shopped LOCALLY (and 5-20%) of our purchases went to TETON EDUCATION FOUNDATION....so we literally shopped at every store that was participating....and WE bought our tree (which is beautiful by the way)....can't wait to decorate it tomorrow...with the fam.

The Victor Parade was tonight...we parked and literally ran to the front so that we could catch a few floats....wait, there was ONLY a few floats....it was so cute...and the whole town was out.

whityn was obsessed...his little body was jerking with excitement...he loved it...
then we RACED home...cause an apple pie was baking in our oven...and friends would arrive any minute...we had cROCK pot bbq, potato salad, and green bean casserole...yum.
whityn was smitten with teya....they played hockey.....ran around screaming....

and did a little drawing on the chalkboard....very cute....THEN off to bed our little one went....

did I mention I am done with my XMAS shopping....Yeah!!!!!
